Pickleball America is one of the largest indoor pickleball venues in the US located in one of the anchor spaces of the Stamford Town Center mall in downtown Stamford, CT. The 80,000-sf venue is the 1st of its kind, a repurposed two-story retail store created by four local Stamford professionals who wanted to launch a “Sportstainment” center focused on pickleball. With lockers, a lounge, café, bandstand, childcare area, coworking lounge and numerous event spaces the co-founders hope to exceed the needs and desires of the community. Pickleball America will offer private and group instruction, facilitate league play, after-school programs, adult and kids’ camps, host events, exhibitions and tournaments, and will be open 7 days per week. The company’s mission is to unite players of all skill levels and to create a facility that promotes fun and healthy socializing through sports.
